With the "new normal" of China’s economic development and the national strategy of "made in China 2025" put forward higher requirements for the development and transformation of manufacturing industry,the traditional manufacturing industry must speed up its development to technological innovation-driven development,and the producer service industry has high technology because of its high-tech.The characteristic of high knowledge is an important catalyst to realize technological innovation in manufacturing industry.Based on this premise,it is the only way to promote the economic development of our country to coordinate the rational allocation of technological innovation resources of Chinese manufacturing industry and to improve the efficiency of technological innovation of Chinese manufacturing industry.This paper selects panel data from 30 provinces of China(excluding Tibet)from2008 to 2016,and uses stochastic frontier analysis to solve the technological innovation efficiency of manufacturing industry.The fixed effect model is used to study the effect of producer service agglomeration on the technological innovation efficiency of manufacturing industry in different regions and years in China.First: with regard to the technological innovation efficiency of manufacturing industry,the results show that the technological innovation efficiency of various provinces and cities through out the country is gradually increasing from 2008 to 2016,but the rate of increase is slow,and there are large regional differences.Take 2016 as an example.The maximum efficiency of technological innovation is 0.920.2,the minimum value is only 0.1371;Second,the empirical analysis of the impact of producer services agglomeration on the efficiency of technological innovation shows that:(1)as a whole,The specialized and diversified agglomeration of producer services in China can promote the technological innovation efficiency of the manufacturing industry in the region.However,the diffusion of knowledge and technology brought by the spatial agglomeration of producer services has not provided effective support for the improvement of technological innovation efficiency of manufacturing industry in various regions.(2)from the perspective of sub-industries,The current level of economic development in China basically meets the essential conditions of specialized and diversified agglomeration of low-end producer services.And the low-end producer service industry has been developing for a long time in our country,so the specialization and diversification agglomeration of the low-end producer service industry can improve the technological innovation efficiency of manufacturing industry.However,the high-end producer service industry is a new high-knowledge industry,which requires a high level of regional economy.Therefore,the diversification of high-end service industry is limited by the level of developmentand the conditions of time lag.There is no significant improvement in the efficiency of technological innovation in China’s manufacturing industry.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,different regions put forward different industrial policies from the economic level and the institutional level,hoping for a reasonable allocation of technological innovation resources for China’s manufacturing industry as a whole.To promote the efficiency of technological innovation in China’s manufacturing industry provides some useful reference. |
