Research On The Interactive Development Of Industrial Structure Upgrading And Entrepreneurship In China

Entrepreneurship is a symbol of the vitality of a country's economy.The more prosperous a country's economy is,the more active its entrepreneurial activities will be.From the perspective of the overall form of global economic development,innovation and entrepreneurship have become an important issue of globalization.Governments have focused their attention on how to stimulate entrepreneurial vitality and promote economic development.Innovative entrepreneurship can not only create wealth for the society to improve the level of economic development,but also create new jobs to provide more jobs,and has a long-term and far-reaching positive impact on solving unemployment and stimulating economic growth.Up to now,the importance of entrepreneurship has been recognized by all countries and is regarded as an important engine to promote the sustainable and healthy development of a country's economy.In view of China's current economic new normal background,it is necessary to study the interactive influence of China's industrial structure and entrepreneurship,which plays a vital role in China's current and future economic development.This paper combines theory with empirical research,and uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to focus on the two-way interaction mechanism between industrial restructuring and entrepreneurship in China,and subdivides industrial structure upgrading into industrial structure and rationalization of industrial structure.Combine them with entrepreneurship as an organic whole,analyze the internal mechanism of action between the three,and explore the intrinsic link between entrepreneurship and industrial restructuring.This paper first defines the concept of entrepreneurship and industrial structure upgrading and adjustment,and sorts out relevant economic theories at home and abroad.Before conducting empirical research,this paper analyzes the mechanism of rationalization of industrial structure,advanced industrial structure and entrepreneurship,lays a theoretical foundation for the empirical analysis of the following texts,and then uses the macroeconomic data of China from 1995 to 2017.Establish a VECM model for empirical research.The empirical results are used to analyze the long-term relationship between industrial structure advancedization,rationalization and entrepreneurship,shortterm dynamic impact characteristics and mutual causality.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and combines the results of empirical analysis to provide policy recommendations for China to better achieve the economic goals of “adjusting structure and stabilizing growth”.The empirical research results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between entrepreneurship and industrial structure upgrading and rationalization.The rationalization of the industrial structure is the Granger cause of entrepreneurship,and the improvement of the level of rationalization of the industrial structure is conducive to the improvement of the entrepreneurial level.Entrepreneurship is neither the Granger reason for the rationalization of the industrial structure nor the Granger reason for the advanced industrial structure.The analysis of impulse response function shows that entrepreneurship has a positive impact on itself,which may be the role of entrepreneurial cluster effect and agglomeration effect,and the rationalization of industrial structure shows that the lower the Thiel index,the more it can stimulate entrepreneurship.The results of variance decomposition show that the degree of industrial structure rationalization and industrial structure upgrading to China's entrepreneurship is stable at 37% and 40%,respectively,while entrepreneurial contribution to itself accounts for 23%.The contribution of entrepreneurship to the volatility of industrial structure is 12%,mainly due to its own influence,the contribution ratio is as high as 86%,and the rationalization of industrial structure has little impact on the fluctuation of industrial structure,only 3 The volatility of the rationalization of the industrial structure is mainly due to the impact of entrepreneurship.The contribution of entrepreneurship accounts for 63%,while its own proportion of itself is 22%,and the impact of industrial structure on its volatility is 15%.
