Researsh On The Relationship Between Financial Structure Transformation And Industrial Structure Upgrading Of Chongqing

There are many researches about financial development and economic growth in domestic and foreign.Although some researches also referred to the problems of financial structure and industrial structure, but the articles were lacking in in-depth analysis. The researchs on the financial structure and industrial structure have not yet formed a complete theoretical system, and in the different research angle and in different stage of economic development, the theory and the positive analysis result are very different.China's regional economic development is unbalanced. In different regions, industrial structure and financial structure are certain special characteristics. There are few related researches of regional financial structure and industrial structure .Therefore, this article based on the theory of financial structure transformation and industrial structure upgrading, Finding the association mechanism between financial structure transformation and industrial structure upgrading.The research between financial structure transformation and industrial structure upgrading in Chongqing will immit some fresh blood in the research field.This article first reviewed the related theories at home and abroad, and described the content of the financial structure transformation, and analyzed of the reasons and trends. Then the article elaborated the meaning and division of industrial structure, and analyzed general rule of industrial structure upgrading. The article discussed the association mechanism between financial structure transformation and industrial structure upgrading.Secondly, Chongqing's financial structure and industrial structure are analyzed.This article first compared the financial volume and output structure and employment structure of Chongqing and the country. Then the article analyzed the status of financial institutions, status of deposits and loans of financial institutions, status of financial instruments, status of financing structure in Chongqing area. Conclusion: Chongqing's financial industry has achieved rapid development, but Chongqing's financial development is also lagging behind the economic development, and the structure is unbalanced. Chongqing's production structure performs the "321" type, while the employment structure performs the "132" type. Chongqing's production structure is in the middle stage of industrialization.the employment structure is at the initial stage of industrialization, and is faced with the pressure of industry upgrading. Thirdly, the article made an empirical analysis on the relationship between the financial structure transformation and industrial structure upgrading in Chongqing.And used of cointegration analysis and Granger causality test method. Conclusion: Chongqing's financial structure and industrial structure exists the long-term stable equilibrium relationship. However, financial structure transformation and industrial structure upgrading is only a one-way Granger causality. Industrial structure upgrading is the Granger cause of financial structure transformation. Financial structure transformation is not Granger cause of the industrial structure upgrading. Then the article find out the cause that financial structure does not play an active role in promoting industrial structure upgrading.Finally, the article made some suggestions on the optimization of financial structure to promote the updating of industrial structure. Firstly, improve the finance organization system to promote the updating of industrial structure. Secondly, improve the investment risk system to promote the industrial technology.Thirdly, promote financial innovation and carry out various financial operations and improve the level of financial services.And finally, improve the relevant industrial policies and financial policies to guide the flow of funds allocation.
