Research On The Optimization Of The Farmers' Education And Training System In Tianjin

Tianjin attaches importance to farmers 'education and training.Since 2004,the Tianjin Municipal Government has organized and implemented a series of farmers' education and training programs.In the:351" training project from 2004 to 2007,1.11 million farmers were educated and trained through the implementation of five major projects:green engineering,red engineering,blue engineering,training of village cadres,and training of women.It has laid a solid foundation for the education and training of farmers in the later period.At the present stage,the Tianjin Municipal Government devotes 30 million yuan each year to farmers 'education and training,dividing the education and training system for farmers into five major systems:target task system,organization and promotion system,education and training system,policy support system,and assessment and evaluation system.In this paper,538 farmers were surveyed by random chance survey,which mainly investigated the basic situation of the respondents,the situation and willingness of receiving education and training,and the potential demand for farmers 'education and training.At the same time,through the visit to study the specific situation of the education and training system.After collating,analyzing and summing up the field research data and analyzing the status quo of the five major systems in the farmer education and training system in Tianjin,it is found that after the development of society,there are already some elements in the farmer education and training system that are not suitable for new farmers.This paper puts forward suggestions and measures for optimizing the specific problems of the five systems.Such as formulating a scientific and standardized financial support system,establishing an organization promotion system with the participation of relevant departments,refining the classification of target tasks,strengthening the integration and construction of educational and training institutions,and innovating the auditing mechanism for farmers 'education and training.It is hoped that through the above countermeasures and suggestions,the purpose of optimizing the farmer education and training system is to improve the effectiveness of the farmer education and training in Tianjin.
