CZ Port CH Wharf Construction Project Progress Management Research

From a global perspective,more than 90%of world trade is completed through port and waterway transportation,and 95%of trade goods are distributed through ports.Therefore,the port is the distribution center for material transfer,and also one of the main hub of transportation.From the point of view of domestic development,the development of the port can attract large enterprise resources at home and abroad in the rear land area configuration,form a regional processing base and distribution center,and can attract the fine resources of the hinterland to deposit in the rear of the port area,form a new economic growth point connecting the hinterland,and attract the superior resources of the city to the port area.The formation of new industrial clusters facing the domestic and foreign countries,through the port resource allocation,can greatly enhance the urban economic agglomeration and industrial derivation to create new economic growth points and industrial chain,and improve the city grade.Based on the construction project of CH terminal in CZ port of GH company,this paper studies and applies the progress plan and control of the construction project.On the basis of introducing the basic situation of the project construction of the GH company,the progress plan and the activities of each node and milestone are completed around the schedule plan and control of the project,and the standardization method of project management is adopted.Logic and time estimation,task WBS decomposition and responsibility matrix,network planning,schedule planning and so on,and the factors that affect the progress of the project are analyzed,and the related knowledge of project management is applied to the systematic research on the schedule and control of the construction project of CZ port CH terminal.This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the status of the progress control of the modern enterprise construction projects,excavates the existing problems,finds out the potential factors affecting the progress of the project,and carries out an objective evaluation,which has a certain reference significance for the current port project construction.
