At present,the theme park emerges in front of everyone with an emerging tourism industry,breaking the traditional tourism development model-resource-oriented,and its role is increasingly important in the tourism industry chain.In recent years,the number of tourists in major theme parks has risen sharply,and there has been a "spurt-type"development in the holidays.The carrying capacity of tourists in the park has been greatly tested,showing a series of problems such as waiting for tourists,crowded parks,and low service quality.The problem has not been solved well in the academic circles and the industry.To improve the quality of service in the theme park,the first step is to investigate the perception of the satisfaction of visitors to the service during the theme park.For the survey of tourist satisfaction,the higher standards should be used as the basis for the evaluation.The current advantages and disadvantages of the theme park should be grasped in time,and the evaluation information of the theme park service will be responded to by the scientific means.Satisfaction to discover the competitive projects and urgently needed projects in the operation of the theme park,so as to provide the management of the park with the next business strategy,improve the level of the play service,increase the attraction of the park project,and extend the theme park.Life cycle.Based on the research of theme park and tourist satisfaction theory,scholars at home and abroad add the theory of tourist satisfaction to the research on the service quality of theme parks,and put forward the model of tourist satisfaction evaluation of theme parks.At the same time of different service factors,a series of literatures were analyzed,and on this basis,an evaluation system for the service quality of the theme parks with the degree of tourist satisfaction was constructed.When experiencing the theme park,the satisfaction of tourists is mainly reflected in the satisfaction of the overall image of the park and the different service factors of the park,the perception of the value of the park and the loyalty of the visitors to the theme park.There are 48 indicators.Taking Zhuzhou City's Fantawild World as an example,Dewey's method and AHP are used to determine the weight of an indicator.Descriptive statistics are used to establish Zhuzhou's service quality and satisfaction through the Fishbine-Rosenberg model.The degree evaluation model is used to obtain the overall satisfaction of tourists' satisfaction with Zhuzhou City's Fantawild World service quality.Finally,the four-point graph method is used to analyze the current situation of tourists' satisfaction with Zhuzhou City Theme Park.The conclusion is Zhuzhou City.The satisfaction of the theme park is not satisfactory,and the two-way mutual guidance between the government and the enterprise is proposed to enhance the tourism image of the scenic spot;to manage tourists' tourism expectations and enhance the satisfaction of tourists;to increase the featured activities and focus on the design and development of innovative entertainment projects.Strengthen the management of scenic spots,improve supporting equipment;improve the comprehensive service capacity of employees;improve tourism consumption,rationally adjust prices;develop and improve online platforms,and strengthen interaction with tourists,and other strategies to improve the service quality of theme parks.
