| In the development process of modern tourism,people develop and excavate tourism resources,and put forward an idea of building of theme park projects,which can combine human resources and natural resources and make the tourism program more attractive.Catering service plays an important role in the scenic service whose quality and characters reflect the whole quality and characters of scenic management to an large extent.However people don’t pay much attention to it for a long time.Take the theme park in Tianjin as an example,aiming at the current situation of catering service in Tianjin theme park scenic spots,this thesis summarizes the existing problems in the catering service quality of scenic spots,and studies the relevant countermeasures to improve the catering service quality of scenic spots.It has practical guiding significance for the good development of catering service quality in scenic spot,as well as a big value for the vigorous development of tourism and improvement of catering service in scenic spot.This thesis consists of eight parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods,research content and technical route.The second part is the literature review,which respectively combs,summarizes and reviews the relevant research literature on service quality,catering service quality and catering service in scenic spots.The third part describes the theme park area catering service,service quality,and catering service quality and other related theories.The fourth part is the analysis of the current situation of the catering industry in Tianjin theme park.After analysis,the specific data and results of the type and scale of the catering industry in the scenic area,the scope of business,and the main ways for tourists to get food are obtained.The fifth part builds the evaluation system of the catering service quality in the theme park scenic spot,including the theoretical model of the catering service quality of the theme park scenic spot and the evaluation index system of the catering service quality of the theme park scenic spot.The elements of catering service quality in theme park include four aspects: environmental service quality,facility service quality,customer service quality and product service quality.In the theoretical model,this thesis combines the traditional catering service theory with the classical SERVPERF five-dimensional model of service quality evaluation,and adds the two dimensions of "hygiene" and "nutrition" to form a seven-dimension model that affects the catering service quality in the scenic spots.There are 20 evaluation indexes,including 4 first level indexes and 16 second level indexes.The sixth part is the empirical study on the evaluation of the catering service quality in theme park scenic spots.By issuing questionnaires and analyzing the results via fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the problems of the catering service quality in theme park scenic spots are obtained.The seventh part is the countermeasures to improve the catering service quality in the theme park.The eighth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research.Through the summary of the main points in the thesis,the innovation points and shortcomings of the research and the prospect for the future are concluded.On the basis of issuing 300 pieces of questionnaires,and collecting 280 effective ones,using entropy calculation and fuzzy evaluation,this thesis quantitatively analyzes that the catering service quality of Tianjin theme park scenic spot is "basic satisfaction",and its score is on the lower limit of satisfaction.In view of the existing problems in the catering service quality of theme park scenic spots,such as unsatisfactory restaurant environment,insufficient restaurant facilities,low level of customer service,and inferior product service,this thesis puts forward countermeasures to improve the service quality of theme park scenic spots,including improving the quality of restaurant environment,installing excellent facilities,improving the level of customer service,perfecting the quality of the catering products in the theme park scenic area.In addition to improving the quality of catering service in the theme park,this thesis would further enrich the academic research results on the catering service quality in the tourism scenic area. |
