Research On The Intensive Use Of Land In Shanxi's Industrial-led Development Zones

As a key area for promoting the urbanization process,promoting economic development,and optimizing the use of land resources,the development zone has become an important base for major economic and social development throughout the country as the economy continues to develop.Moreover,the establishment and development of development zones are of great significance to the adjustment of China’s industrial structure.However,in the construction of the development zone,the waste of land resources also exists objectively.Under the new situation,carrying out intensive conservation and utilization of land in development zones has become an important measure to "fully promote resource conservation".Therefore,the evaluation and potential research of the intensive utilization of the land in Shanxi Province Development Zone has important practical significance for improving the level of land intensive utilization in the development area of the province,and can further promote its economic development.This paper takes four national development zones as samples to evaluate and analyze the degree of intensive land use in industrial-oriented development zones in Shanxi Province.Firstly,the related concept of intensive use of land was analyzed and the theoretical basis of the full text was laid.Secondly,the basic situation of the development zone in Shanxi Province was introduced.The degree of intensive land use in the industrial-oriented development zone in Shanxi Province was evaluated by quantitative and qualitative methods.Finally,find out the major problems existing in the construction of the industry-oriented development zone in the province,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the research of this article,it aims to provide certain scientific basis for improving the intensive use of land in industrial-oriented development zones in Shanxi Province.
