Urban Industrial Land Intensive Use Of Evaluation Research

Land intensive use is the Inevitable means to carryout scientific outlook on development and build the saving-type society, but also the important index of measuring the mode of economic growth of the country or the region. As rapid industrialization and urbanization process, the contradiction between supply and demand of construction land becomes increasingly serious. Meanwhile, the phenomenon of land resources extensive use is also very prominently. therefore, explore and study the intensive use of industrial land means problems and solutions has important strategic significance to the promotion of sustainable development of cities.Currently, study on intensive use of urban industrial land at home and abroad is the evaluation of a single regional of industrial land, less intensive evaluation of different regional of industrial lands; Many studies when creating index system, different regions use different index system is not conducive to intensive use of land in many areas of the horizontal comparison. In this paper, based on the summary of related research results at home and abroad, evaluation intensive use situation of industrial land of six typical provincial-level Development Zone of Xi'an. Firstly based on relevant urban indicators system, established the land intensive use evaluating index system from the land use status and use efficiency of provincial-level Development Zone of Xi'an. Secondly defined the conception, connotation and The Determination method of assessment index ideal value with solutions towards the actual situation of insufficient research; again, identified the level of intensive land use evaluation criteria of Xi'an Development Zone. Comparative analysis of six typical industrial land intensive use of the evaluation results. By comparing the results, find the differences in the level of intensive use of land between the various development zones, Analysis of the main reasons; finally, the specific measures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the industrial land intensive use according to the contrastive analysis results. Through the study found:(1) Industrial land of six Development Zone of Xi'an at overall high level intensive use, Integrated intensity scores were between 70% to 90%, and overall in general and moderate level of intensive use. There is still room to explore industrial land. (2) Different levels of intensive use of industrial land development zone differences, mainly due to the development stage of development zones, land use, land-use efficiency, degree of development of the land market and other factors, in addition, with the leading industry category there is a certain relationship.
