Study On The Operation Mode Of Time Sharing Lease For Jiangling New Energy Vehicle

The problem of energy and environment is an important issue facing all countries today.It is an important factor affecting the development of the global economy,especially the automobile industry.Chinese as the world energy consumption and automobile production and marketing power,energy and environment problem is particularly prominent,therefore,China of low energy consumption,less pollution of the new energy automotive industry development seriously particularly,and from policy support,business model innovation and other aspects of the exploration.PressureAlong with the economy and sharing "Internet plus" is gradually changing people’s values and way of life,the electric car and sharing economy and "Internet plus a combination of new energy automobile lease operating mode become a key direction of innovation.Taking this as the breakthrough point,taking Jiangling new energy steam as an example,this paper studies the new lease mode of new energy vehicle--the time-sharing lease mode,and provides a new way of thinking for our new energy vehicle rental mode.First of all,based on the relevant literature,the Jiangling of new energy vehicles in the environment were analyzed in detail,analyzes the macro environment and industry environment,and through the questionnaire survey,pointed out the existence of Jiangling new energy vehicles timeshare rental business problems,lay the foundation for further analysis.Secondly,we analyze and compare the three mainstream time sharing modes at home and abroad,draw lessons from successful experience,and provide reference for Jiangling new energy sharing business.Finally,from the three levels of government,society and enterprise,the optimization strategy of the time-sharing leasing operation mode of Jiangling new energy vehicle is put forward.
