With the development of economy and Internet technology,sharing economy becomes a trend,and the business of time-sharing rental in the travel industry developing continuously.Car sharing became a hot topic.After years of market test and elimination,the rudiment of industry pattern appears.Gofun under Shouqi,Liandongyun under Qoros,and Morefun Travel under BAIC have become the three leaders,With the frequent bankruptcies of time-sharing leasing companies in the market,the problems behind their business models have gradually emerged,The heavy asset of vehicles,the high cost of parking and charging operation and maintenance,the high threshold of license without car and the low demand of consumption habit have made it difficult for the existing time-sharing leasing enterprises to achieve direct profit.In order to improve this situation as soon as possible,many enterprises have put forward refined operation.By studying the marketing mode and current situation of Morefun Travel,the time-sharing rental platform of H Company,analyze its environment from the macro level,including policy,economy,society and technology through the PEST analysis model.Through the SWOT model,the author analyzes its own advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,and then mining the marketing problems as product,price,promotion,channels,member,brand and service through the 7PS theory and research the marketing strategy on the product pricing and promotion,channel laying and management,member drainage and activation,brand construction and communication,service and experience.By developing new products,making more attractive prices,strengthening promotion and promotion,laying more accurate channels,introducing high-quality members,and doing a good job in the hierarchical operation of members and the upgrade of rights and interests,at the same time to strengthen and expand the brand,and then through good service experience and content to improve the overall operating situation.This paper expect to find a road of sustainable development,through product innovation,continuous optimization,member activity and service surplus on the premise of cost control,covering all expenses except vehicle depreciation cost,and provides research results for the sustainable development of new industries.
