Operation Management Mode Study On Energy Conservation And Emission Reduction Of Jidong Oilfield

During the "Twelfth Five-Year" period, China should pay more attention to adjust the economic structure, change the economic growth mode, take into account conservation development and clean development when pursuing the economic growth. Oilfield companies are the makers of energy and also one of the main energy consumers. The social responsibility requires these oilfield companies strengthen energy conservation work during developing themselves. Combining with specific situation of Jidong oilfield company, this issue constructs energy-saving operation mode which is organized, managed, encouraged, executive efficiently.This issue explores the new development direction of energy conservation work under the present situation. Starting from the aspect of regulation, technology, management and assessment, the issue aim to promote fully management energy-saving, technology energy-saving, mechanism energy-saving and conception energy-saving, coordinate various terms of energy saving and emission reduction work; thereby forming a new management mode of energy saving and emission reduction. In term of management energy-saving, we should combine present "6S" management, enforce efficiently fund management and project management, carry out positively energy benchmarking etc. Technology energy-saving means besides introducing advanced technology and equipment, companies also should make rational use of technology innovation achievements. Mechanism energy-saving includes establishing a long-term energy-saving management system, improving energy saving and emission reduction regulations, and energy quota management etc.. While concepts energy-saving requires companies think highly of energy-saving advertisement, and implement comprehensively the energy-saving management ideas.The energy conservation and emission reduction work of oilfield companies covers various contents including drilling, oil production, oil transport, electricity supplement and related aspects of business management. The integration of various materials and data is the difficult point during the study. At present, China’s energy conservation and emission reduction work mostly is carried out in terms of the technical method, while the studies toward management methods, management tools and the management psychology of energy-saving are rare and hence become the innovation of this study.Energy conservation and emission reduction work, a complex systemic work, is becoming increasingly important with the passage of time and development of national economic requirements. Consequently, even though this issue is just carried out based on the current energy conservation work of Jidong oilfield company, the conclusions as well as its basic ideas, principles, results are able to guide not only the current work but also the long-term development of Jidong oilfield company.
