Research On The Development Strategy Of Agricultural Industry Chain In Yangquan,Shanxi

In 2016,the State Council issued and published some opinions on implementing the new concept of development,speeding up agricultural modernization and realizing the goal of overall well-off society.It pointed out that it is necessary to perfect the linkage mechanism between agricultural industrial chains and farmers’ interests,promote the close connection between agricultural production and marketing and the deep integration of the Rural industry convergence.We should promote the integration of agricultural industry chain and the promotion of value chain,so that farmers can share the value-added income of industrial integration and develop a new model for farmers to increase income.In February 2017,the State Council issued some opinions on deepening the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture and speeding up the development of agricultural rural areas,which clearly pointed out that the new industry will expand the new industry and expand the value chain of the agricultural chain.It is of great significance for our country to realize the modernization of agriculture by relying on advanced science and technology and coordinating every link to realize the upgrading and transformation of the agricultural chain.The agricultural industry chain is the core organization form of modern agriculture,and the modern agricultural competition is essentially the competition of the industrial chain.In the common role of market driven and policy support,the agricultural industry chain in China is entering a new stage of rapid development,we should actively cultivate leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization and other main industries to enhance the level of industrial chain integration,perfect the benefit mechanism,improve the policy support system and service,improve the competitiveness of the industrial chain of agriculture.Taking the development of agricultural industry chain in Yangquan city of Shanxi Province as the research object,this paper expounds the basic and current situation of the development of agricultural industry chain in Yangquan by means of literature analysis,field investigation and empirical analysis.The paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of agricultural industry chain.The author puts forward the strategies and suggestions on the development of agricultural industrial chain in Yangquan City,by using expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process,the empirical analysis of Yangquan agricultural industrial chain from six aspects of solvency,operating capacity,profitability,product competitiveness,technological innovation,industrial chain restraint ability.It can improve the competitiveness of agricultural industrial chain,Promote the economic development of urban and rural areas.It has a practical significance to promote the quality and efficiency of agricultural industry in Yangquan.
