The environment of Luxi Chemical agricultural chain in which an enterprise stays is quite uncertain and complicated, while a clear thought and a precise way of management are required for the enterprise. The solution to the contradiction depends on the research, formulation and implementation of the strategy of corporate development. These actions involve the theories of strategic management,as well as those of operation management, marketing management, HR management,&etc. The Thesis exercise the selective theories and methods to make a case study on Luxi Chemical agricultural chain,following the logistic process of strategic management.This first analysis of the company external strategic conditions including the macroscopic environment analysis, analysis of industry competition environment, at the end,according to the key elements, and the use of external factor evaluation matrix (EFE), the analysis is concluded:Luxi Chemical agricultural chain does better at present the overall development in response to the external environment, for fertilizer product overcapacity, competition is intense, agricultural production enterprises and more and more other types of enterprises to enter the field of circulation, which also exist many threats. Then the internal environment analysis, including the company value chain analysis and company resource capacity analysis, and the internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE) were evaluated, the analysis thinks:Luxi Chemical agricultural chain has the advantage of the marketing network and brand, while the disadvantage lies in higher operating costs, resource category, procurement organization, distribution ability and expand the synchronization chain outlets.On the basis of the environment analysis, the long-term objectives are confirmed, and according to the SWOT and QSPM matrix, internal and external personnel research, combining with the reality of company, we put forward three development strategies. We realize the market penetration strategy, by greater marketing efforts to increase market share; we realize the market development strategy, by entering the new market area; we realize the product development strategy, through the addition of agricultural products and increase sales.Finally, in the implementation stage, according to the company development strategy and the current situation of the company, this article mainly from six aspects to carry on the discussion, proposed targeted measures.According to the cultivation of the core capability; improve the company operation planning; strengthen the level of human resource management; to strengthen company culture construction; adjustment of sales center of gravity; refinement market development standards,and so on.
