| In recent years,China's economy has been undergoing transformation.The 19th report proposes to stimulate and protect entrepreneurship and encourage more social forces to participate in entrepreneurship;encourage young people to start businesses.Guofa[2017]no.28 document points out that it is necessary to create a favorable environment for encouraging entrepreneurship,and to promote the entrepreneurship development of businesses.Entrepreneurship can promote employment and turn the employment pressure of a large population into a new economic growth point.It is also a new engine for the transformation of economic growth mode under the "new normal".Therefore,it is not only to enrich the entrepreneurship theory,but also to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship in the process of entrepreneurship by strengthening this research.In this context,this paper studies the factors influencing the duration of China's entrepreneurial enterprises.This paper applies the survival analysis method to the study of entrepreneurial duration.First,it elaborates the research background,and sorts out the literature review on the factors affecting entrepreneurship.Secondly,the data of "China labor force dynamic survey(CLDS)" is adopted to introduce the current situation of Chinese entrepreneurship,the sample data used in the empirical study is conducted descriptive statistics.Then the Cox proportional hazards model with the method of survival analysis,from the perspective of entrepreneurial duration empirically the influence factors of entrepreneurship,select eight variables,using stata software is analyzed,and form a conclusion,namely,gender,household registration,education level,marriage,age,year of entrepreneurship,regional economy level,regional level of science and technology will be a significant impact on business.Furthermore,there will be some differences in regional regression results.Finally,proposes specific measures to extend the duration of the entrepreneurial enterprise. |
