China's retail industry has experienced 20 years of rapid growth,the growth rate in recent years has obviously slowed down,and the development of traditional footwear enterprises faces great challenges.Footwear enterprises must constantly reform and make constant progress so as to cope with the great challenges faced by the industry.The retail management of terminal retail brand stores,network flagship stores and franchise stores are of great significance to the development of the entire footwear industry.However,the majority of shoe enterprises on the retail terminal of human resources management,mainly focus on the recruitment of personnel,salary management,but the knowledge of staff training is not deep enough.Therefore,facing the sluggish market demand situation and the more and more intense market competition,through the construction of employee training system to attract,retaining and enhancing the ability of employees and core competitiveness of enterprises,are which footwear enterprises should focus.TC Shoe Company(Top Score Fashion Shoes co.,LTD)was established in 2012.The main business of the company includes leather products and shoes industry.The products are mainly divided into shoes,bags and other products.The region can be divided into east China,south China,north China,southwest,northeast,central China and northwest.Through the analysis about the present situation of TC shoes industry co.,LTD.Retail terminal,from the perspective of the training process found TC footwear company retail terminal training problems or shortcomings in the following five aspects:training needs ignored,training content,lack of pertinence and ignore the theoretical accomplishment of ascension,lack of training evaluation management,lack of systematic training.The main reasons for the above problems are:the company fails to pay enough attention to the retail terminal training system,and the training managers lack the deep understanding of the retail terminal and the backward training management concept.These deficiencies have seriously hindered the company's progress and development.Based on this understanding,this paper takes the TC shoe company as the research object,through the analysis about the present situation of corporate and retail terminal to find the problems and the insufficiency,and innovative integrated connection experiential training,training system of TC shoes industry co.,LTD.,the optimization design,and put forward the corresponding measures and evaluation methods.
