Training is one of the most important projects. Under that circumstance, now more andmore corporation pays more attention into the corporation training especially in the retailindustry. In recently years, homogenization make the environment in to an unsatisfiedsituation, the sales continue its long slide. Sports goods are facing to brand operation, culturedevelopment and so on.Base on the modern theory, this paper focuses on the max sport union retail corporationtraining. In the retail industry, terminal sales are the one of the most important part in thewhole system. In that case, an exclusive training system is needed. The training shouldanalysis the background of the sport goods and the business model, base on the peopleoriented and the corporation strategy, and then put forward a training project which caneffective content the staff’s need. In that case the training system can provide a well result.After training, an effect evaluation is also needed. It should make a well balance betweenteaching and evaluation. On account of varied training and the different students, test differentkinds of training pattern at last we can summarize the best way of training system. This paperstarted with staff investigation, follow up the training developing method, then analyze thewhole progress, finally we get this guiding significance retail training systemThis paper pays a lot attention into the terminal sales, consider about the need of thesales and then make an effective training course. The methods of finding the best way oftraining and evaluation is the major target.It can not only optimize the terminal sales structurebut also develop high qualify sales team. And this training system makes the relevantcorporation a positive direction of corporation competition and development.
