The State Council issued the "People’s Republic of China on Tobacco Monopoly Regulations" and in the whole country,marking China’s current tobacco monopoly system was officially established.National total c igarette production is the cigarette industry enterprises according to market supply and demand to determine;all levels of tobacco companies as a sales organization responsible for unified distribution of cigarettes.Tobacco cultivation,production,distr ibution and retail are operating within the framework of strict monopoly franchise system.Cigarette retail terminal is part of the very end of the marketing channels,directly facing all cigarette consumers,a good performance of the retail terminal is fu lly determines the success of the overall marketing.Strengthen the retail terminal building network inquiry,seriously resolve the status quo of retail business conditions develop,strengthen the retail business guidance to ensure that retail clients inte rests always within reasonable limits,to ensure retail customers operate in a stable at the same time continuously improve their management level,so that passengers then my relationship to a new level is to raise the level of cigarette marketing strategi c initiatives.This paper reviews existing customers valuation theory,retail outlets theory,basic marketing channel terminal management theory,Yongzhou tobacco companies to retail outlets for analysis,including market overview,status of the retail ter minal building,retail and other problems in the terminal building.Then,Yongzhou tobacco companies cigarette retail modern terminal building made improvement program,including the construction of objectives,the selection criteria established retail terminals,retail terminals to establish the value of the evaluation system,the establishment of retail outlets rational distribution norms,the retail terminal services strategy.Finally,the relevance of the proposed safeguards,including the optimization of institutional settings to optimize the retail end of the performance appraisal system,improve the quality of the marketing team,strengthen the training work.Meanwhile,Yongzhou tobacco companies cigarette retail modern terminal building to improve t he effect of implementation of the program estimate,including cigarette sales targets would be enhanced on the retail end of the service efficiency is improved,and further optimize the internal work processes,the tobacco business enterprise competition force is improved and so on.Based on the future direction of the overall development of the tobacco industry,combined with the service requirements of modern retail terminal,make relevant improvement strategies and measures.Proposed strategy for speedi ng up the construction of a market economy in line with the retail end of the cigarette has a strong timeliness and relevance to help tobacco distribution companies to strengthen market control and improve market competitiveness.
