A Study On Lean Six Sigma In T Company Operations Management

In contemporary society,the increasingly fierce competition,more and more enterprises hope that through the improvement of management state to enhance enterprise efficiency,gain a firm foothold in the fierce market,and expand the competitiveness.The combination of lean production and six sigma,Lean Six Sigma,this theory is more and more large companies,practiced and recognized that Lean Six Sigma can greatly reduce business costs,and improve the efficiency of the various aspects of the enterprise,promote enterprises to improve efficiency,obtain market.Companies in the development process,faced with high cost,low efficiency,exploration,research,and practice of Lean Six Sigma management method,to help enterprises to improve,a successful solution to the various problems faced by enterprises.In this thesis,the Lean Six Sigma theory as the theoretical basis,mainly by the method of case analysis and empirical research study,taking T company as the main object of study,practice and application of Lean Six Sigma Theory in T company.On the one hand,the thesis introduces the Lean Six Sigma Theory and related theoretical basis and model of the project,provide strong theoretical support for the study,on the other hand,through empirical investigation and analysis of operation situation of T company,through investigation,theoretical analysis found the problems of the T,and the use of Lean Six Sigma Theory for the optimization of the problem,carry out model construction,the implementation of Lean Six Sigma theory model that plays a significant role for the T company,can optimize enterprise structure,effectively improve the work efficiency,hope it would also have very important practical significance for the development of relevant enterprises.
