Research Of Lean Six Sigma In One Electronic Production Project

Lean Six Sigma management theory is included Lean management theory and Six Sigma management theory. Lean management theory is mainly to eliminate waste from the point of value, and Six Sigma management theory is paying more attention to the use of statistical methods to reduce deviation. In our daily life Lean Six Sigma management theory is playing a more and more important part.This thesis is mainly discussion two issues in one electronic manufactural project. At first in the part of introduction mainly concern about Lean Six Sigma background and significance and the research status at home and abroad. And in this part the author have also compared the theory between the Lean management and the Six Sigma management to explain why The Lean Six management is more superiority for factory production and management. Then through the author’s research, right now there is so much theory about Lean Six Sigma management. But the theory about how to use Lean Six Sigma management in our daily production of electronic factory is very little. This thesis is mainly focus on the use of the Lean Six Sigma in the electronic factory production, hoping can provide more reference for the reader. From the second chapter the thesis begin to analysis two issues of our factory. One question is how to improve the quality of one project in our factory; the other one is how to improve efficiency of production in the same project. This chapter is the basis for the whole thesis. In the third chapter we mainly discuss the tools of the Lean Six Sigma management when solve these two issues, including Fishbone Diagram, Brainstorming, Process Flow Chart, Process Factors Control Chart, Causal Matrix Analysis, FEMA Etc. Through these tools we find out the reason of the two issues and give our solutions for the problems. And in the next chapter, the fourth chapter is the verification of our solutions. Through the DOE result, we can find out our solutions are effective for the issues. The last part of thesis is the summary and prospect, and some personal thoughts on Lean Six Sigma management. This thesis is a useful experiment for our company Lean Six Sigma management.
