H Pharmaceutical is an enterprise mainly engaged in pharmaceutical production and instrument production.It also extends its products to hospitals and retail pharmacies throughout the country through intermediaries and provides them with high-quality medicines and services.The company's OTC medicines are the main products of its medicines,currently very popular in the market,while the competition is fierce.In this paper,we will use the knowledge of marketing theory to summarize the problems encountered in the marketing of H Pharmaceutical Company and their causes.and use SWOT analysis method to put forward a rational strategic combination,on this basis to optimize and improve the marketing strategy of H Pharmaceutical Company,according to the products,prices and channels determined by H Pharmaceutical Company.The four strategies of Tao and Promotion have promoted the marketing strategy of H Pharmaceutical Company.So as to meet the customer's demand better fundamentally,and have provided certain help to the improvement of H Pharmaceutical Company's marketing strategy.At the same time,it will provide some reference and reference for other peer enterprises.
