Research On The Path Of The Construction Of Renewable Energy Cities In China

As the main body of energy consumption,the consumption of energy accounts for 75% of the total energy consumption in the world,and two of the emissions.Carbon dioxide is about 70% of the total carbon dioxide emissions in the world,so governments and urban residents around the world are growing.The more aware of the serious consequences of climate change caused by excessive reliance on fossil energy consumption in order to solve the city.The contradictions between the energy and the environment are developed,and the governments of all countries have carried out the construction of ecological cities and low carbon for urban construction.The policies of new cities such as cities,green cities,and some other countries in Europe and America are going to build "100% renewable".The energy city "is the strategic goal."This article comprehensively reviews the Marxist environmental protection theory,ecological economic theory,and energy economic theory related to the construction of renewable energy cities.On the one hand,it clearly states that the construction of renewable energy cities should begin with the Marxist theory of environmental protection.According to the actual situation in China,The strategic framework for the construction of renewable energy cities will be constructed to solve the energy crisis that may exist in China today and in the future.At the same time,it elaborated on the relationship between China’s renewable energy city construction and ecology,energy,and sustainable development,and standardizedly put forward the basic framework and basic steps for the development of renewable energy city construction in China,in order to facilitate energy companies and The local government carries out practical operations.In addition,it also proposes strategic ideas for the construction of renewable energy cities,which greatly enriches the theoretical research content of China’s renewable energy city construction.On the other hand,the improvement is complemented by renewable energy investment and financing mode,to be demonstrated from the aspects of industry fund financial model and project selection: according to the establishment of a special way to private city construction of renewable energy industry fund,to ensure the long-term investment,holding,professional management,stable return fund management idea is implemented in;the special construction of city renewable energy industry fund,set up four to five existing public offering to the China renewable energy city construction industry social investment fund.And according to China’s actual situation,we should build a development strategy of renewable energy urban construction,so as to solve the current energy crisis in China and in the future.At the same time,this paper puts forward that the key to the success of the renewable energy city construction industry fund is the risk discrimination on the project selection.This paper calculates the value of the project by the qualitative and quantitative comprehensive evaluation.
