Research On The Policies For Renewable Energy In Building Field

Currently, China is the world's largest construction market, the gross floor area which increase up to 20 billion square meters every year, according to statistics, the share of building energy consumption ratio of total energy consumption from 10% in 1978 up to about 25%. The energy consumption of the construction sector, from building materials production, building construction to the completion, the energy consumption accounting for 46.7% of the total energy consumption of our society, showing that building energy consumption is huge. The view of the current situation of the world energy crisis, the full development and utilization of renewable energy is an imperative road, construction applications of renewable energy to solve the huge problem of building energy consumption is also an effective way.Renewable energy, which is inexhaustible and recycling energy, and don't pollute the environment, including solar, geothermal, wind, biomass and tidal power and so on. Using renewable energy in the architecture field is very useful for the pollution of ecological environment, and helpful to achieve the harmonious society. At present, the concept of building a more healthy and efficient, ecological and sustainable has become an irresistible trend.This article summarize the situation of the renewable energy at home and abroad, and contrast domestic and foreign policies of the renewable energy in building field; Analysis the application of renewable resources'economic and social benefits, and on this basis we discusses the feasibility of the application of renewable energy in the construction field. And this article learn from the foreign application of renewable energy construction experience and relevant policy experience, so that we can found the problems of application of renewable energy in our country.Finally with the Jilin Provinces'actual condition of renewable resources, making the design of relevant policies in the construction field of using renewable energy, and give suggestion about economic and incentive policies for the government .And in this article we also made a number of specific Suggestions for Jilin Province about using the renewable energy in the construction sector.
