The Study On The Quality Evaluation And Route Choice Of New Urbanization Of Shihezi City

China’s urbanization process is accelerating,followed by a series of urban diseases have also been widespread concern,the decline in urban quality of the city,urban traffic congestion and a series of problems have become a constraining urban health development of the disease.Therefore,while the urbanization rate is increasing,many scholars have shifted the focus of urbanization from the development speed of urbanization to the quality of urbanization development,and put forward a lot about the quality of urbanization.In the implementation of the new urbanization plan,the country put forward higher requirements to the Xinjiang Corps,requiring the special constitution of the XPCC and the socialist market economic system to be closely integrated,combining the new urbanization,the new industrialization and the agricultural modernization to improve the overall development quality of the Corps.Under the guidance of the national strategy,the Corps to the "division of the city,the town of unity" principle,"teachers to build the city,the regiment to build the town" for the development of ideas,adjust the industry,towns and population structure,and the construction of the new urbanization at the same time enhance the inherent quality of development.In the "National New Urbanization Plan(2014-2020)",Shihezi City was included in the demonstration pilot list,therefore,for Shihezi City,the new urbanization as a breakthrough to achieve the development of the city an important support and guarantee Corps overall development strategy has a crucial role.Based on this,this paper selects the eighth division Shihezi City as the research area,and takes the relevant basic theory as the research support.Firstly,the present situation of Shihezi City and the present situation of urbanization are introduced.Secondly,from the aspects of population,economy,society,resources,environment and system This paper analyzes the index data of Shihezi City in 2010-2015 by using the method of time series global principal component analysis.Thirdly,the method of cluster analysis is used to analyze the index of new urbanization in Shihezi City,Analysis of the cross section data for 2015.The results show that the quality of new urbanization in Shihezi City is higher and the different stages show different characteristics.The quality of new urbanization in 14 rations has also been improved steadily.However,there are differences in spatial dimension,The higher the quality of urbanization,the farther from urban areas,the lower the quality of urbanization.Through the above analysis,we can summarize the problems existing in the development of the new urbanization development in Shihezi City:the urbanization development stage of the population is advanced,some urban population can not enjoy the urban civilization;the urban function is converging,the economic function is weak;Industrial layout is unreasonable,the market is less complementary between the town;urban space layout is unreasonable,the role of the central city is difficult to play and so on.The constraints exist are institutional barriers,structural barriers,regional barriers and conceptual barriers.In view of these problems and constraints,the author puts forward the corresponding development route of leading population development,the path of urban functional positioning development,the path of integration of city production,the development path of central agglomeration and the path of integration of soldiers and soldiers,and the new urbanization of Shihezi City Construction to provide some reference suggestions.
