With the development of deep research on enterprise management in domestic and overseas, research on Employee Job Satisfaction emerges in front of us. People increasingly find that performance of enterprises is improved and overall enterprise atmosphere is more harmonious with the improvement of Employee Job Satisfaction accordingly. What’s more, more and more excellent talents will be attracted to join the enterprise. On the contrary, with largely reduction of Job Satisfaction, enterprise profit will be affected greatly thus the rate of abdication is increased. Therefore, we make a research on Employee Job Satisfaction as a guide to study the correlation between Employee Job Satisfaction and Enterprise Management and Development.This paper uses some research methods, such as document research and questionnaire, combines sample survey with data statistics for investigation and research on Employee Job Satisfaction of Xi’an DL Company. The results show that the improvement of Employee Job Satisfaction is not proportional to salary because the salary incentive to a certain degree will be slowed down. The enterprise has to start from the employees’ internal needs and seeks the factors which could really inspire employees and stimulates the employees’ internal driving force, and then combine the employees’ career development with enterprise’s goal, only by so doing, employees and enterprises could be truly connected together. Through this Satisfaction survey, it is found that the uppermost concern and low satisfaction is two dimensions of salary and career development, the general employees’ satisfaction could be improved by enhancing satisfaction of the two dimensions. The rate of abdication and employees’performance could be improved by enhancing employee’s general satisfaction, in addition, good culture atmosphere could be established in the enterprise and many excellent talents will be attracted to DL company so as to improve the whole enterprise performance and play solid foundation for enterprise’s long development. The research results could also make Xi’an DL company find problems existing in operation management and blind points for further improvements in the future.The research results of this paper provide decisive basis for operation management of Xi’an DL company and its research methods and results could also give methods and basis for Employee Job Satisfaction in manufacturing industry in China.
