Research On The Impact Of "Internet +" On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Manufacturing In The Yangtze River Delta

With the rise of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,as the mainstay of the economy,the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry has become particularly urgent.Under the new normal of the economy,the booming development of the Internet economy has spawned a new industrial development model of "Internet + traditional manufacturing".The Internet has begun to penetrate into all aspects of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The main difference between "Internet +" and traditional factors of production is that "Internet +" influences manufacturing production through networking,big data,cloud computing and other information technology measures.However,what role will the new combination of "Internet + manufacturing" play in the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry? How to make use of "Internet +",has become a prominent issue in the development of "Internet + manufacturing industry".This paper takes the development of manufacturing industry in the Yangtze river delta region as the research object.By analyzing the influence of "Internet +" on the upgrading and rationalization of manufacturing industry in the Yangtze river delta region,this paper discusses its influence mechanism and provides some policy Suggestions for the development of "Internet + manufacturing industry" in China.This paper first analyzes the development of the "Internet + manufacturing industry" in the Yangtze river delta region,then summarizes the development of the Internet economy in the Yangtze river delta region and the stage of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and finally discusses the influence mechanism of the "Internet + manufacturing industry" in the Yangtze river delta region based on the above analysis.The index construction and model analysis were conducted with the relevant data of manufacturing industry and "Internet +" in two provinces and one city of the Yangtze river delta region from 2005 to 2016,so as to obtain the corresponding empirical results.In the part of empirical research,this paper redefines the relevant indicators of empirical research in two provinces and one city in the Yangtze river delta region.It mainly includes: building the "Internet +" index system;Manufacturing industry level and rationalization.According to the selection of relevant index data,this paper divides the data into 2005-2009 in the empirical study.The two periods from 2010 to 2016 were analyzed respectively.The empirical results were obtained through the unit root test and Hausmann test of panel data.The empirical results show that "Internet +" has a significant positive impact on the upgrading and rationalization of manufacturing industry in the Yangtze river delta region.In addition,"Internet +" has a significant influence on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in different stages,that is,the influence of "Internet +" on manufacturing industry varies in different periods.During the period from 2005 to 2009,"Internet +" has a smaller impact on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry than that from 2010 to 2016.At this stage,"Internet +" has a greater impact on the advanced level of manufacturing industry in the Yangtze river delta than on the rationalization level.In addition,among the control variables,government investment has a great influence on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,and the financial development level did not pass the significance test from 2005 to 2009.Finally,on the basis of the research conclusions,it is concluded that: on the basis of grasping the law of Internet development,the government should play an important role,focus on promoting the Internet related service system,take innovation as the driving force,and gradually promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in different regions.
