The Research On The Industry Chain Finance Of The Yangtze River Delta

The Yangtze River Delta region dominated by small and medium-sized private enterprises. And small and medium enterprise financing problem has been an important factor restricting its development, but the industry chain finance can partially alleviate this problem. The development of industrial chain finance can improve the position of the Yangtze River Delta Industry in the national and global production network, can guide the industrial chain extension and high-end development, enhance its economic vitality and sustainable development ability, improve the Yangtze River Delta regional economic comprehensive strength and international competitiveness, so it has important practical and theoretical significance.Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the Yangtze River delta industry chain, analyzes its main form and representative cases, and points out the existing problems in the development of the Yangtze River delta industry chain finance. Secondly, we do SWOT analysis on the development of Yangtze River Delta industry chain finance, sort out the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of it in the current economic environment, and then design the SWOT strategy for the development of Yangtze river delta industrial chain finance to provide valuable reference for its development. Finally, through the establishment of index system, evaluating the level of Yangtze River delta industry chain and economic transformation and upgrading, and establish the empirical model to analysis the promotion effect of the industrial chain finance on economic transformation and upgrading. The results show that the industrial chain finance has a significant promotion effect on the economic transformation and upgrading. And nowadays the development of industrial chain financial faces both opportunities and challenges, we need to seize the opportunities, turn the disadvantages into advantages and overcome their own shortcomings. On the premise of respecting the rule of market development, further strengthen the government’s ability of guidance to promote the healthy and rapid development of industrial chain finance.There are two main innovations in this paper. On the one hand, a new and more targeted industrial chain financial evaluation index system is constructed. On the other hand, it provides a comprehensive study of industrial chain finance and economic transformation and upgrading.
