| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the construction industry has become one of the pillar industries in China.The change of consumer consumption mode and the popularization of e-commerce also make the logistics industry develop rapidly,and the corresponding supporting facilities demand has increased greatly.A large number of construction projects of logistics parks have been carried out nationwide.This paper studies the construction project of JN Logistics Park.Through actual participation in the whole construction process of the project,using project management theory and method,scientifically analyzing the scope of the project,clearly completing all the tasks required by the project before the construction starts,using WBS work decomposition principle to decompose all the work,drawing a single code network diagram,and determining the key routes,then formulating the project.The overall schedule plan is then worked out according to the construction schedule to ensure the realizability of the schedule plan.In the process of project construction,dynamic and cyclic monitoring will be carried out to compare the progress plan with the actual progress on site,analyze the reasons for the deviation and correct it in time to ensure that the project proceeds as planned as possible,laying the foundation for the smooth completion of the JN logistics park construction project.In this paper,literature method and qualitative research method are used to study project schedule control.Through the analysis of JN Logistics Park construction project basic situation and construction schedule arrangement,the progress management problems in the project construction process are analyzed.To thoroughly analyze the problems,take effective control measures,do a good job of real-time monitoring in the construction process,and take corrective measures in time,to properly solve the problems involved in the project construction process,and coordinate the work of all partners.Finally,a series of management rules,methods and measures for such projects are summarized based on the experience of the actual cases.At the same time,the optimal organizational structure and the responsibilities of each management post are determined to solidify the corresponding process and guide the construction of such projects in the future. |
