Study On Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Land Circulation In Minority Areas Based On The Theory Of Planning Behavior

The willingness of farmers to transfer land in ethnic minority areas has a greater impact on the development of rural economies in China's ethnic minority areas and the development of agricultural modernization.Generally speaking,the stronger the willingness of farmers to transfer land,the more favorable to the local agricultural scale economy and the development of modern agricultural situation.At present,the research on the factors affecting the willingness of farmers to land transfer is mainly focused on the objective individual factors.There are few literatures that explore subjective factors.Therefore,this paper combines the theory of planned behavior and the theory of peasant rational hypothesis to explore the subjective factors that affect farmers' willingness to transfer land.Firstly,the research background,research significance,research content,research results at home and abroad,research methods and research innovations in this paper are introduced.Foreign scholars mainly focus on the study of land property rights system factors,the study of macro environmental impact factors,and the influencing factors of transaction costs.Domestic scholars mainly focus on the research on the factors affecting the land transfer of farmers,the empirical research on the willingness of farmers to transfer land,and the performance of farmland transfer.Research and other aspects.The research innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the innovation of theoretical application and the innovation of model framework construction.At the same time,the related concept definition and theoretical basis of this paper are introduced in detail.The definition of concept includes land transfer,willingness,willingness to land transfer,influence factors of land transfer willingness,etc.The theory includes the theory of planned behavior and the theory of farmer rational hypothesis.Secondly,based on the theory of planned behavior and the theory of farmers' rational hypothesis,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis,constructs the model of the factors affecting the land transfer willingness of farmers in minority areas,and selects behavioral attitude,subjective norms,behavior control,and land transfer policy as their land.The influencing factors of circulation.At the same time,according to the research results of scholars at home and abroad,the measurement question indicators and the corresponding questionnaires are further determined,and the scientific rationality of the questionnaire on the front side of the questionnaire is provided.Next,using the Likert 5-level scoring method,the farmers in 15 villages inEnshi Prefecture were selected as the target of this questionnaire,and 313 valid questionnaires,the effective rate was 86.70%;after analyzing the data collected by the questionnaire,a model for influencing factors affecting farmers' land transfer willingness in minority areas was constructed.The empirical results show that: Subjective norms,behavioral attitudes,behavior control,policy cognition and other factors have a significant positive impact on farmers' land transfer willingness.The standardization influence road strength coefficients are 0.331,0.773,0.459,0.288,respectively.Among them,behavioral attitudes have the greatest impact,which indicates that the land transfer willingness of farmers in minority areas is mainly affected by their own views and understanding of land transfer behavior;The gender of ethnic minority areas in different regions,education,age,income,labor,the number of land transfer,the area of circulation,the form of circulation,and the circulation channels,the differences in the willingness of farmers to transfer land in ethnic minority areas are more obvious.This is mainly due to differences in personal cultural concepts,large-scale agricultural production and management capabilities,anti-risk capabilities,and government policy factors.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to enhance the land transfer willingness of farmers in minority areas of Enshi Prefecture to better promote the popularization of land transfer policies,including strengthen the publicity of the benefits and benefits of land transfer policies;encourage young and middle-aged minority farmers to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses;rationally guide farmers' ideas and concepts in ethnic minority areas.At the same time,it has several shortcomings in this paper: the research on the performance of land transfer is not deep enough;the analysis of the difference of land transfer direction is not detailed enough,and the next research prospect is put forward: to explore the results of land transfer performance in minority areas,the difference in land outflow and willingness to transfer in minority areas.
