In 2018,Premier Li Keqiang pointed out in the "Government Work Report" that it is necessary to enhance the basic role of consumption in economic development,promote consumption upgrading,and constantly explore potential new formats in consumption.In recent years,the new retail business model,as a new model to promote the upgrading of supermarket formats,plays an important role in the supermarket industry to expand the market and reshape the human-goods-field relationship.During the Internet economy,supermarkets were squeezed by profit margins under the impact of e-commerce.In order to maintain sustainable operations,supermarkets have to scale down and reduce their stores.Therefore,in order to get rid of the current trend of the industry,supermarkets should build a new retail business model based on the demand of service groups for service quality,shopping efficiency,brand culture,and actively upgrade the format.However,at present,there is a lack of research on the system and comprehensiveness of the new retail business model.Based on the interaction between business and finance,and the interaction logic,this paper studies the new retail business model of the supermarket based on the financial perspective.This paper firstly conducts theoretical research on new retail and business models,and then introduces HQ supermarket as a case company to conduct a detailed analysis of its current new retail business model.By introducing Wei Zhu six-factor business model theory,the new retail of the case company HQ supermarket will be introduced.The business model is divided into six major elements.Then establish the six elements analysis framework of HQ supermarket business model under finance.Secondly,this paper makes appropriate corrections when constructing the business model analysis framework from the financial perspective,and adds cash flow structure analysis,aiming at more systematic and comprehensive grasp of the changes in corporate investment,financing and business activities under the new retail business model.Finally,based on the logic of business and financial interaction,based on the results of financial analysis,the company's new retail business model is evaluated.The article selects HQ supermarket as a case study.On the one hand,HQ supermarket is a listed company,which is convenient for obtaining relevant financial data.On the other hand,HQ supermarket has a strong representativeness in recent years.The core of this paper is to introduce financial analysis into the research of new retailbusiness model.By constructing the business model analysis framework from the financial perspective,the six elements of the case company HQ supermarket business model are systematically analyzed through the specified financial indicators.According to the financial data,the problems in the new retail business model of the case company HQ supermarket are summarized,and the optimization strategy is proposed.The main conclusion is that the new retail business model of HQ supermarket has a positive effect on the financial activities,business status and cash flow structure of the enterprise.The supermarket should actively upgrade the format and implement the new retail business model.
