With the rapid development of Internet technology,the cooperation methods of various entities in the market have gradually broken through the limitations of geography and time,and began to build an Internet cloud platform for cooperative innovation,which is an open innovation.Compared with traditional closed innovation,the use of cloud platform for cooperative innovation has the following two advantages:First of all,the traditional innovation mode is mainly limited by the boundaries of enterprises,and can only use the internal resources of the enterprise,the cooperative innovation of using the cloud platform can break through the inherent boundaries,all enterprises make full use of external resources to provide a more solid resource foundation for cooperative innovation;Secondly,under the traditional innovation mode,it is difficult to participate in cooperative innovation by multi-agents at the same time,and the use of cloud platform for cooperative innovation can break through the quantitative restrictions of innovation subjects and achieve multi-agent participation in cooperative innovation.However,while the cloud platform brings more efficiency to the company's cooperative innovation activities,it also brings new challenges:At present,the cooperative innovation relationship formed by the massive use of cloud platforms is not long-term The cooperative innovation relationship can only last for a short time,which alliance formed based an the cooperative innovation relationship cannot exist for a long time,this kind of phenomenon is not conducive to the long-term development of the industry;A large number of small and micro enterprises have a free rider phenomenon in the process of using the cloud platform to participate in cooperative innovation,that is,in the process of cooperative innovation,no additional cost can be obtained,but some gains can be obtained,this will weaken the innovation enthusiasm of large and medium-sized enterprises to a certain extent The reason for the above problems is that the cloud platform is an emerging Internet tool,therefore,in the process of enterprises using the cloud platform,the relevant systems and mechanisms are still not perfect,and there are aspects that can be improved Among them,the core issue is the issue of interest distribution,that is,the establishment of a reasonable interest distribution mechanism in the final stage of cooperative innovation activities.Only by ensuring the fairness and reasonableness of the benefit distribution mechanism can the cooperation and innovation activities between enterprises be carried out longer and more efficiently.Based on the above reasons,this paper focuses on the final stage of the cooperative innovation process,which is the stage of profit distribution,and analyzes the traditional benefit distribution mechanism,and puts forward the benefit distribution mechanisxm of "do not share the additional profit of cooperation and inovation"and compares the two mechanisms,it is concluded that under the different profit distribution mechanismsethe factors affecting the innovation influence decision-making of each participant's cooperative innovation are affected.The main content of the paper is as follows:the third and fourth chapters respectively selects four cooperative innovation participants(three enterprise parties,one intermediary party),and use mathematical modeling analysis of the process of cooperative innovation decision-making for these four participants.In the modeling process,game theory is used as the main research method.After the solution set that various enterprises need to meet in different situations is obtained,the solution set is further analyzed.The model is finally promoted by the enterprise and the intermediary.Influencing factors of decision;The fifth chapter combines the analysis results of the model with the actual enterprise,selects the emerging Internet platform-type enterprise“Hantu Yishe" for case analysis,and builds the third and fourth chapters based on the data in the annual report of the enterprise,Model assignment to verify model results.This paper has the following main conclusions:Firsty,when adopting the traditional profit distribution mechanism,companies(sub-brands)with different resources will make different decisions,when adopting the "no sharing of cooperative innovation's extra profit" benefit distribution mechaniss,regardless of the amount of resources held;each enterprise(sub-brand)will make the same decisions;Secondly,compared with the traditional interest distribution mechanism,when adopting the benefit distribution mechanisrn of '"no sharing of cooperative innovation' extra profit",it is easier for each participating entity to form an optimal strategy combination;Thirdly,comparing the optimal combination of strategies of the two profit distribution mechanisms,when adopting the profit distribution mechanism of "no sharing of cooperative innovation's extra profit",the profits of the cooperative innovation participants are higher.Through the above conclusions,the paper puts forward some management suggestions:the platform builder should improve its operational management ability and improve its own resource transformation ability;the platform builder should build a smooth information exchange channel within the cloud platform,which helps the enterprise to reduce related costs.
