With the acceleration pace of economic globalization, the environment that enterprises confront has changed enormously. And enterprises' participating in the fierce international competition only by its own resources has been far from enough. It is necessary to achieve the goal of responding to the market fast with the help of the resources of other enterprises. So, supplier, manufacturer and retailer etc, must break the traditional boundary line to change from the traditional buying and selling relation into new-type partnership relation.Under this background, the model of supply chain management arose, which achieve the goal of maximal profit of whole supply chain through acting coherently and reducing the whole operation cost. In order to reach the win-win purpose, supply chain management emphasizes that every enterprise in the supply chain should create its own core capability and establish the partnership strategically with others, which make each enterprise focus their energy on developing and solidifying its own core capability and main business and thus gain the competition advantage and sustainable development. So, the performance of the supply chain relies on whether the relationship among the cooperative enterprises is good or not, which is determined by one of the most important factors-cooperative profit sharing. Although some domestic enterprises have implemented supply chain management, and have made certain effect, but because of the lack of coordination and cooperation among enterprises and the lack of the long-term plan and the whole optimization of supply chain cooperative profit sharing, its application level and range still needed to be improved further. This paper studies the problem of cooperative profit sharing in supply chain. Its aim is to explain the questions about cooperative profit sharing, putting forward the methodology and model of profit sharing, which can make the cooperative profit in supply chain shared fairly and reasonably among all cooperative enterprises. This study provides the methods for the enterprises in supply chain to deal with the problems about cooperative profit sharing, which can consolidate and strengthen the relationship among enterprises in supply chain. The first chapter introduced the background and significance of the study, and summarized the studies at home and abroad, and then elaborated the thinking path and logical framework of the study. The second chapter is a simple expounding of the meaning of cooperative profit. The executor, principles and characteristic of cooperative profit distribution are also discussed. Among them, the meaning which is re-defined is one of the contributions of this paper. It directs the study and ensures the consistency in the logic of the paper. The third chapter introduced the theoretical foundation of the mechanism designed-fairness theory. In cording to this theory, the cooperative profit should be determined by three factors: recourse, risk and performance. Then we can deduct three principles which the cooperative profit sharing model is based on. Moreover, the new-build model is different with previous theoretical models, which is another contribution of the paper.Basing on the cooperative profit sharing model and other authors' studies, the forth chapter built the evaluation index system of the factors affecting the cooperative profit sharing, and then explained how to apply this system to determine the scheme of profit sharing. The fifth chapter summarized the conclusion of this paper, as well as the contribution and limitation .It also bring forward the subject worth of further studies.
