At present,Chinese social consciousness of consumption has reached a new height,and the insurance consciousness is becoming stronger and stronger.At present,Chinese insurance companies occupy the majority of the market,but with China’s accession to the WTO,a large number of foreign insurance companies settled in China,China is gradually becoming the world’s most important and huge emerging insurance market.In the Chinese life insurance market,Sino-foreign joint venture life insurance companies from scratch,has gradually developed into China’s insurance market cannot be ignored on a strength.According to the data,the joint venture life insurance company’s growth rate has exceeded the Chinese life insurance company,its development potential is huge.Therefore,the study of joint venture life insurance companies,has a certain practical significance.But at the same time which cannot be ignored is that the external environment is increasingly complex and uncertainty,more and more competitive.This requires us in the company management process,and constantly improve the management level,strengthen management skills,more importantly,the understanding of corporate strategy,strategic management concepts and management awareness,the strategic management level in the company can be strong Of the upgrade.At present,more and more enterprises and teams are aware of the importance of strategy,strategic management has become a core content of enterprise management,and even the formulation of departmental strategies can effectively influence and determine the development trend of the company.Therefore,formulating scientific,reasonable and substantive strategy for enterprise development is quite critical,of great significance.In this paper,M Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.as an example through the literature analysis,interviews and comparative study of its comprehensive analysis of the study,M Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.how to use the existing competitive advantage,seize the opportunity,according to the results The company’s competitive strategy,so as to enhance the competitiveness,and propose strategy to the implementation of competitive strategy.Based on the overview of the current situation of Chinese insurance industry and the overall situation of M Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.firstly,the paper uses the PEST tool to study the macro-environment of M Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.,First,the five forces model under the support of the competition status of M life insurance company limited the industry to carry out a series of analysis,the macro environment to fully grasp the moment in the PEST tool under the clear enterprise development there will be problems for all possible threats to make corresponding strategies.In addition,it is necessary to analyze the internal environment of the enterprise,including the resources of the enterprise,the potential of development,labor,and so on,so as to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of their own development.On the basis of these analyzes,according to Porter’s competitive strategy theory,this paper focuses on strategic comparative analysis and selection from the three general competitive strategies: cost-leading strategy,differentiation strategy and centralization strategy.M Life insurance to the company’s competitive strategy program made a preliminary assumption,to determine M Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.should selectthe differentiation strategy.At last,the author puts forward the safeguard system to promote the steady implementation of the strategy.This article,we first define the strategic management theory,at the same time,we select the appropriate strategic analysis tools to analyze the above theories for M Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.,which has strong maneuverability.The research of this paper not only helps cultivate the core competence of M Life Insurance Company Limited,but also leads the company to be in the leading position in the Insurance industry.At the same time,this paper provides a reference for the development of other insurance companies to some extent,which has certain guiding significance.
