With the development of economy and society,enterprises are becoming more modernized in organization and management.As an important part of enterprise human resource management,salary management has been paid more and more attention by enterprise managers because of its important influence on enterprise human resource strategy and enterprise development strategy.Agricultural products processing enterprises as both involving agriculture,and industry and commerce of a special kind of enterprise organization form,because of its relative financial,Internet,modern service industry and other modern industrial enterprise the characteristics of the low profit,high cost,on how to improve the efficiency of enterprise organization,reduce business operating costs relative to other types of companies more pressing needs.Especially in the aspect of salary management,most agricultural products processing enterprises are unable to provide competitive salary due to low profit,high cost,backward production technology and other constraints,so they are not attractive to excellent talents.At the same time,due to the lag of management concept and the simplification of management method,it is easy to lead to the problems of unfair compensation system design and low employee satisfaction inside the enterprise,which will bring adverse effects on enterprises to strengthen human resource management and improve production efficiency.Based on the above understanding,this paper selects x company,an agricultural product processing enterprise whose main business is coffee processing and production.Understand and master the basic situation of enterprise human resources,especially the design and implementation status of compensation system through consulting literature;,in turn,through questionnaire survey and individual interview method,investigation x company employee satisfaction of the implementation of enterprise salary system design and management,in order to pay the internal equity and external competitiveness theory as the guide,contact model,the research results of the theory,analysis to find out the existing problems,and further explore the causes of problems;In the x company compensation system design and management implementation,on the basis of this paper summarizes problems existing in the use of broadband salary and comprehensive theory of salary,salary growth strategy,put forward to improve x company compensation system design and management of the implementation opinion suggestion,in order to x company compensation system design and management of the implementation to provide the reference.
