In the modern society,companies are faced with unprecedented challenges because of the rapid development of science and technology,and the intense competition in the labor market.Human resource is the basic elements for the companies' success in the long run,being the fundamental of enterprises' vitality and competitiveness.It is widely acknowledged that human resource is of vital importance in the competition.As an important part of human resource management system,compensation management plays a very important role in the competition,and it is probably the most considered for employees in staying or quitting.At present,high backbone turnover rate is quite common in Chinese property management enterprises,which brings the huge losses.The existing compensation system for employees is out of date and lack of incentives.Therefore,immediate reform to enhance the incentive effect of compensation system and curb the spread of staff turnover is needed for property management enterprises.Based on the careful analysis comprehensive compensation theory both at home and abroad,combined with the reality,Xiamen GM property management company is chosen as the empirical research object in this paper.By investigating and analyzing compensation management situation of Xiamen GM property management company,exploring and discovering its problems,the concept of comprehensive compensation is introduced to Xiamen GM property management company to build a compensation system based on the company's overall strategy and core values,use of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation compensation system in an all-round way.This paper not only has important practical significance for Xiamen GM property management company,making the company's compensation system more complete,rigorous,rational and effective,sustained competitive advantage to provide support for the company,but also provides the theoretical guidance and practical reference value for Chinese compensation culture and compensation system.
