Research On The Competency Training Of Outbound Tour Escorts Based On Outcome Based Education

With the continuous progress of "One Belt And One Road" construction,the number of outbound tourism destination countries for Chinese citizens keeps increasing,and outbound tourism has also ushered in an explosive development period.Correspondingly,a large number of excellent outbound tourism leaders working in the front line are required to serve them.Therefore,what kind of leader should be cultivated,what is an excellent leader,and what kind of ability should be cultivated when the leader graduates need to be cultivated need our careful consideration.The concept of results-oriented education is an advanced and effective educational concept,which is widely recognized in the world.The concept of this article is based on Outcome Based Education(OBE),on the basis of summed up the predecessors' research,first of all,literature analysis and structured interview,the extraction and summarizes,the manager of the outbound tourism competence indicators,through questionnaire investigation and exploratory factor analysis,build the index system of competence,the manager of the outbound tourism,after that,through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the competency evaluation index weights,which determine the aim of training,the manager of the outbound tourism,graduation requirements and indicators,and this is the first requirement of OBE concept,which is the most important point: focus on learning outcomes.Finally,from two aspects of school and enterprise puts forward strategies for outbound tourism manager competency,school level including,the manager of the outbound tourism foundation course system construction,to the student center,the manager of the outbound tourism culture teaching idea,problem,center course teaching mode and implementation steps,and,the manager of the outbound tourism training mode of teaching evaluation and;The enterprise level includes the school-enterprise co-construction of the secondary colleges with industry background and the selection of a new practice teaching base for win-win cooperation among school-enterprise students.Finally,a quality continuous improvement model based on IPTSA cycle is proposed to meet the second requirement of the OBE concept: continuousimprovement.In general,it follows the structural characteristics of reverse design and meets the third requirement of OBE concept: reverse design.This paper provides the reference of train of thought and mode for the competency training of outbound tourism leaders in China,so as to promote the better,faster and more harmonious development of outbound tourism in China.
