Research On The Choice Of Co-construction Mode Of Overseas Industrial Parks In The Construction Of The "Belt And Road"

In the context of the state's efforts to promote the "The Belt and Road”initiative,and based on the development desire of the Chinese investors on their own will and the objective cooperation conditions such as complementarity of resources overseas,overseas industrial park,as the achievements of China's foreign investment and international economic cooperation to a certain stage,has become an important platform and carrier for enterprises to go abroad together.It is also an important form of promoting global intergovernmental cooperation.The co-construction of overseas industrial park is based on the purpose of the joint development of Chinese investors and host countries.Not only can Chinese investors obtain expected profits through the co-construction of overseas industrial parks,but also the host countries can regard the industrial clusters of overseas industrial parks as the poles of regional economy growth,increase employment and tax revenue of host countries,expand foreign exchange earnings from exports,improve industrialization level,and finally the two parties can win-win through the co-construction of overseas industrial parks,.In this paper,the choice of the co-construction mode of the overseas industrial park is taken as the research object.According to the data of 59 overseas industrial parks along the "The Belt and Road",the co-construction modes of these overseas industrial parks are divided into four modes,namely,trusteeship mode,share cooperation mode,off-site production unified management mode and government organization co-construction mode.It also puts forward the industry investment model that may appear in the future.At the same time,it clarifies the connotation,characteristics and applicable conditions of these co-construction modes.Then,through the study of relevant literature at home and abroad,the author puts forward the influencing factors of choosing co-construction modes for overseas industrial parks;co-construction management system,social culture and host country characteristics.Meanwhile,the mechanism of the influence of these factors on the selection of co-construction mode is discussed.Finally,based on these factors,the index system of co-construction mode selection for overseas industrial parks is constructed and verified by cases.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis and selection methods for Chinese investors to choose co-construction mode when constructing overseas industrial parks with host countries.When Chinese investors are going to construct overseas industrial parks with host countries,they need to know and analyze the specific development environment and situation of the host country beforehand,make use of the index system of the co-construction mode selection of the overseas industrial parks,and reasonably choose the co-const:ruction mode of the overseas industrial parks,which is of great significance to promote the smooth construction and sustainable development of Chinese overseas industrial parks.
