Study On Ecological Industrial Park Construction In Zhejiang

Worldwide industrial civilization greatly liberated the productive forces to meet the material needs of the growing human, but it destroyed the natural environment of human being at the same time.This requires people to find a new mode of production and industrial patterns, in order to meet the needs of the sustainable development of society, that is, the construction of ecological industrial park.The construction of ecological industrial park is the effective way of using resources and easing the pressure on the environment,and it is also a new attempt that people change the linear mode of production of environmental pollution and resource shortages.The ecological construction of different types of industrial park under the basic theory of industrial ecology,is an important way of promoting the development of circular economy. It is good for economic, environment, and regional society to develop sustainably. In recent years, the construction of Eco-Industrial Park has become hot spots of research and regional planning priorities around the world. At the same time, Zhejiang began to practice industrial ecology a few years ago. This paper focuses on "the construction of eco-industrial park" to explore and study theoretically and practically,to build the idea of eco-industrial park construction. By describing the theoretical basis of the eco-industrial park construction, including sustainable development, circular economy theory, industrial ecology theory, transaction cost theory, theory of systems engineering, cleaner production theory, this paper explores ideas and principles of construction,and procedures and methods about eco-industrial park, and then analyzes the actual problems in the Zhejiang eco-industrial park construction, to propose measures of construction. Finally, we take Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone,which was approved in2012as a national eco-industrial demonstration park for research object, and take eco-industrial park development, evaluation, analysis and optimization as the main line. We analyse the pros and cons of eco-industrial park construction by the use of SWOT analysis,and assess the construction and development reasonably about Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, and propose the path of optimize development.
