With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China,the investment in municipal infrastructure has continued to increase,which has also led to the backward management,low speed of construction,and low informationization degree of municipal infrastructure operation and maintenance organizations.The GIS inspection system that has appeared in the market aims to use technologies like GIS,distributed database,GPS or BDS,RFID,4G(the fourth generation of communication technology),etc.to study the effective municipal information classification,and provides information dissemination and social services through the internet.Because of the particularity of the municipal infrastructure industry,the sales of GIS inspection has encountered many problems.1)The market is an industrial market with few buyer;2)The customer distribution is very wide,all over the country,city,district,county;3)Inelastic demand 4)derived demand;5)Buyers take a long time to make decisions,There are a lot of participants;6)There are many complex factors that affect the decision of the purchaser;7)Due to the uneven development of the region,The lower the level of IT technology in each district,the higher the implementation and service requirements of various projects;8)The product belongs to the solution type product,and has the characteristics of product marketing and service marketing.Therefore,it is the key issue as for which marketing strategy the GIS inspection system should adopt in order to occupy a larger market in the municipal infrastructure industry and get more profits.With the development and transformation of information technology,it needs to be studied emphatically as to how to adopt suitable marketing strrategy combinations for GIS inspection products,which also plays a very important role in municipal infrastructure industry.Therefore,GIS inspection system for municipal infrastructure development throu gh product,enterprise and market profile analysis,and in this chapter I selected the five industry representative enterprises of various municipal infrastructur e GIS inspection enterprise management situation analysis and refining data,in order t o calculate the municipal infrastructure GIS inspection system of the whole business.After that,the market analysis of GIS inspection system for municipal infrastructure was carried out,and the development trend of GIS inspection system for municipal inf rastructure,the marketing strategies and existing problems commonly used by enterpr ises operating GIS inspection system for municipal infrastructure were analyzed.Thro ugh the market environment analysis,buyer behavior analysis and competitor analysis of GIS patrol inspection system for municipal infrastructure,the problems of ma rketing resources of GIS patrol inspection system are summarized,and the marketing strategic direction and objectives are finally determined.Further put forward 7P servic e marketing strategy specific measures.This research helps to provide marketing strat egy for GIS patrol inspection system of municipal infrastructure,provide reference sc heme for marketing of other operation and maintenance products of municipal infrastr ucture industry,and improve integrated informatization management of municipal infr astructure industry.
