In recent years,the demand for safety,health,environmental protection and social responsibility is increasing,and these requirements usually require the participation of the certification industry,especially the third party detection agencies.Although the third party testing organization started late in China,it develops very fast.However,with the influx of third foreign testing institutions in foreign countries and the deepening of the reform of quality inspection institutions in China and the influence of market economy,the domestic inspection market has changed greatly on both scale and mechanism,and the competition between quality inspection institutions will become more and more intense.With the development of social economy,the role of the third party organization as a new social force in social activities is becoming more and more important.Taking A company as an example,this paper studies and analyzes the internal and external environment of the third party detection market which A company is facing,and understands the opportunities and threats it faces.Through the segmentation and selection of the target market,we focus on the medium scale traders in the related third party detection field,and meet the key demand base of the customers.On the basis of satisfying customer demands,we design the value chain for this purpose,and then formulate reasonable and feasible implementation plans and appropriate functional strategies.The purpose of this paper is to integrate the resources and ability of A company,integrate the resources,use their own advantages and opportunities,effectively avoid risks,improve their own shortcomings,formulate marketing strategies that conform to the development of the third party testing company of A company,promote the development of the enterprises,and promote the A company to deal with the threat of competition both at home and abroad.We should constantly improve the quality of our products and services,and enhance our core competitiveness so as to seize more market share.
