Research On Internal Audit Performance Evaluation Of Z Corporation Based On BSC

The rapid development of the economy has led to complex and ever-changing business activities,and enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.As an indispensable part of the enterprise,internal audit plays a great role in internal control,risk management,and strategy formulation.More and more enterprises are gradually recognizing the importance of internal auditing.The effective function of internal auditing is the key to improving the value of internal auditing in enterprises.Establishing a sound and complete internal audit performance evaluation system has become the focus of scholars' continuous research.This paper takes Z corporation as an example to explore the internal audit performance evaluation system.First of all,this paper studies and summarizes a large number of literature on internal audit performance evaluation,and summarizes the theoretical basis for further research.Secondly,by investigating the actual situation of internal audit in Z corporation,this paper finds that the current performance evaluation system lacks attention to risk,non-financial aspects and audit process,and also does not fully reflect the functions of internal audit,and its maneuverability is poor.However,the BSC can combine financial indicators with non-financial indicators,long-term indicators and short-term indicators,and consistently implement the corporation's overall strategy in the internal audit work,and solve above problems effectively.Therefore,it is imperative to introduce BSC into internal audit performance evaluation.Thirdly,according to the current status of internal audit of Z corporation,the original dimensions of BSC are adjusted to internal audit process,stakeholders,audit results and learning and growth.Introducing and improving GAIN 25 main performance indicators form a new indicator system.The analytic hierarchy process is used in the weighting,and then the internal audit performance of Z corporation is evaluated and the results are analyzed.Finally,according to the characteristics of Z corporation,this paper puts forward safeguard measures,so that the internal audit performance evaluation system based on BSC can be applied for a long time in Z corporation.Taking Z corporation as an example,this paper applies BSC flexibly to internal audit performance evaluation,which establishes a relatively mature internal audit performance evaluation system,which helps to improve the efficiency of internal audit work,improve employee enthusiasm and effectively help.Enterprises realize added value.At the same time,the application of the Balanced Scorecard in the field of internal audit has been expanded,and the development of internal audit performance evaluation of other companies has also been encouraged and promoted.
