With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,when people constantly meet the growing demand of cold-chain food,they pay more attention to food safety,the quality of low temperature food demand more and more high,the appearance of cold chain logistics greatly satisfy the needs of the people for food safety at low temperature,therefore has brought new opportunities to the development of cold chain logistics.Although the cold chain logistics in China has developed rapidly,but still can’t meet the enormous market demand.Cold chain logistics distribution needs to consider customer demand,distribution network structure and distribution product characteristics and other factors.Fresh agricultural products have high requirements for the temperature,humidity and other external environment.If the refrigeration link is leaky or the circulation time is too long,it will lead to the deterioration of the products.Compared with general logistics and distribution activities,cold-chain logistics and distribution problems are more complex and have higher requirements for distribution enterprises.Distribution enterprises need to fully consider the time needs of customers,ensure the quality of products,reasonable arrangement of distribution routes,the pursuit of the whole cold chain logistics efficiency,to ensure customer satisfaction,reduce the operating costs of enterprises.Under the market economy environment,consumers’ demands for quick delivery and quality of fresh agricultural products are increasing.At present,the circulation is an important link in the whole industrial chain from production to sales,there are still problems such as delayed distribution,high logistics cost and serious product loss,which reduce customers’ trust and satisfaction with fresh agricultural products and increase the management risk of fresh agricultural cold chain logistics.In this paper,starting from the systematic management,we maximize customer satisfaction as the important indexes for evaluation of logistics risk,we analyse of the distribution of a variety of cost and research with time window of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution problem,a optimization of fresh agricultural products distribution mathematical model is established,then,on the basis of analyzing the algorithms for solving common vehicle routing problems and combining the characteristics of the model in this paper,the genetic algorithm with theadvantages of short convergence time,high calculation accuracy and strong robustness was selected for solving,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the solution was demonstrated by simulation examples.This paper studies the distribution center for fresh agricultural products distribution activities,through the quantitative research of distribution center has formed management measures,these measures have certain practical significance and provide the optimal management strategy for distribution center of food cold chain logistics,in the aspects of use of resources,improvement customer satisfaction and reduction,this paper makes a beneficial exploration and provides a reference method.
