| Recently, our country's logistics facilities and infrastructure which used to store and transport the cold-chain food are out of date, logistics operation and management stays at a low level, which led directly to the logistics operation cost of the cold-chain food stay at a high level, the logistics resource utilization be low and a great deal of cold-chain food loss. So establishing and optimizing the impeccable cold chain logistics network could make up the deficiency of the cold-chain logistics system.Firstly, this thesis illustrates the cold-chain logistics concepts, characteristics and operating procedures, and analyzes the particularity of logistics distribution and distribution object. Secondly, according to the specialty of the cold-chain logistics, the logistics network which accords with cold-chain food distribution requirements is structured, and clear and definite the every link of the cold-chain logistics. Thirdly, the formation mechanism of logistics network is emphatically analyzed and the self-organizing process of the corresponding three subsystems is analyzed in detail by the theories of Dissipative Structure and Self-Organization. Finally, after a brief analysis for the concepts, characteristics, basic thoughts and solving steps of Genetic Algorithm, the thesis use a non-line mix integer programming model containing two assignment model and Genetic Algorithm to optimize network layout based on the simulation example and use the genetic algorithm toolbox of MATLAB7.0 to assistant solution. |
