With the development of economy and the accelerated pace of life,people gradually increase the demand for cold chain logistics,cold chain logistics has entered a rapid development stage.Although the development of Chinese cold chain logistics is fast,but compared with developed countries there is still a big gap and it can not meet the huge market demand.Cold chain logistics needs to consider the factors of customer demand,the structure of the distribution network and distribution characteristics of products.Fresh agricultural products have high requirements on the temperature,humidity.Refrigeration problems will lead to deterioration of products.Compared with the general logistics activities,the problems of cold chain logistics distribution is more complex,for which the distribution enterprises need to develop.The distribution enterprises need to fully consider the service time,guarantee the quality of products,make reasonable arrangement of distribution routes,improve the cold chain logistics efficiency,and reduce the operating costs of enterprises.Based on reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the vehicle routing problem under the traditional windows consider product quality requirements and the time window as demand factors.This paper analyzes fresh agricultural products distribution line characteristics and constructs the cost function.Compared with other papers,this paper considers the refrigerated vehicle with different capacity of refrigeration,combined with perishable characteristics of fresh agricultural products.Product quality is sensitive to the time factor,the fresh agricultural product freshness and the time window are both the index to measure customer satisfaction.This paper considers the unloading time and other factors,looking for cost control and finding the balance between customer satisfaction and costs.Then,the genetic algorithm base on the traditional genetic algorithm is improved,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the example,which provides a reference for the cold chain logistics enterprises to arrange the vehicles and routes reasonably.
