Cold chain logistics is one of the industries that improving rapidly. Withthe boom of economics, people’s standards of living are increasing, so weare paying more and more attention to the fresh food quality problem, thecold chain logistics distribution is facing higher requirements. The coldchain logistics distribution problem has become the key problem of improvesthe quality of products and the distribution business profit.On the cold chain logistics in China started later，and in the currentstudy, most of the domestic scholars focuses on the study of the technology,equipment and technology, but for the cold chain logistics vehicle routingproblem, cold chain logistics management and other aspects of the study isstill relatively backward. Especially for the entire logistics systemplanning research has not yet launched. On the distribution of vehicle pathproblem research is still in its initial stage.In the cold chain logistics and distribution study at present, the mostoutstanding issue is seldom specifically for cold chain logisticsdistribution vehicle routing problem research. In the most existing researchmethods, the normal temperature of vehicle routing problem are direct usedin the cold chain logistics distribution vehicle research. But in fact, thesetwo kinds of distribution are different in the distribution method and coststructure, cannot use the same method to study, otherwise, we cannotaccurately calculate the cold chain logistics distribution cost, and cannotput forward feasible, effective solutions according to the characteristicsof cold chain logistics.In this paper, we will analysis the features of cold chain logistics,costs in the process of distribution. Aimed to minimize the total cost,construct cost model of cold chain logistics distribution. At last, through solve two practical examples, verify the rationality and progressiveness ofthe model. This research method is with the guide of the System Theory,analysis various factors that influence the cold chain logistics distributioncost. Finally we will determine the optimal solution of cold chain logisticsdistribution problem.
