Study On The Renovation Of Dangerous Houses During The Construction For Beautiful Village At Gaomi

The renovation project of dangerous houses is a remarkable project in the 21 st century.It is a socialist renovation project with Chinese characteristics.It is a guaranteed project to solve the housing problems of the difficult masses.It is also a project for the benefit of the people to maintain the harmony and stability of the rural society in China.The construction of "beautiful China" will become a showcase,pointing to positive directions in which the "beautiful countryside" can proceed.And in the construction of "beautiful countryside",the modification of dangerous houses is the most important things.With the reform and opening up,social development,the rural economy began to grow,and rural housing problems have been improved.Many villagers have renovated their new houses.But some difficult people because of economic problems can not solve the housing problem,are still living in the 1970's and 1980's mud-brick houses or thatched houses.The houses left by their ancestors are in danger of collapse,because they have not been repaired for many years and been the poor quality of construction.These houses are threatening the lives and property of the people in need.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the reconstruction project of dangerous buildings,which has economic value and practical value.This paper takes the transformation of dangerous houses in the beautiful rural construction of a village in Gaomi as the research object,and discuss the problems existing in the transformation of dangerous houses in the beautiful rural construction of a village in Gaomi,analyzes the causes,explores effective solutions and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions from the two aspects of the government and the poor people themselves,which will solve the housing problems of the poor people in the countryside of Gaomi City,improve the living conditions in the countryside and ensure that "the residents have their own houses".It is of great significance.At the same time,it has established and improved the basic housing system in the countryside,promoted fairness and justice,laid a foundation for the construction of beautiful countryside and played an indispensable role in poverty alleviation and economic development in the countryside.By the field investigations and interviews,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the status and problems of the renovation of dangerous houses in this village and other towns in Gaomi City.In view of the problems,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening propaganda,policy into family,strengthening supervision,ensuring quality,strictly checking,rectifying corruption,integrating resources,increasing investment,overall planning,rational distribution,fairness,fairness,openness and transparency.It is hoped that this study will provide a reference for the reconstruction of dangerous buildings in the future.
