Research On Schedule Management Of BG Company's Inverter R&D Laboratory Construction Project

Laboratory construction is the inevitable choice when enterprise reaches a certain stage and access to innovative breakthrough development.However,previous studies have focused on the technical aspects of the laboratory construction,such as laboratory overall solution and its technology platform.The way this paper explore the laboratory construction from the perspective of project management is undoubtedly the new direction of future research in laboratory construction.This paper studies the laboratory construction as a whole project system,researches the method which should be followed and the problem that requires attention by the theory of project management.In view of the laboratory construction and combined with the basic situation of the inverter R&D construction project of BG company,the thesis does systemic research on the project scheduling management.This thesis introduces the basic theory and method of the development of project management and project scheduling management,as well as the importance of the project schedule management.And then it interprets the particularity of the laboratory construction.Finally,combined with the whole situation of the construction project of the inverter R&D construction project in BG company,the thesis investigates the proposed control measures for laboratory construction schedule and schedule management optimization measures.The purpose of this is to provide active help to the domestic large and medium enterprises to control the whole process of laboratory's construction in the future.
