Research On The Development Of Casting Industry Park In Nanfen District Of Benxi

Nowadays,China is in the wave of economic restructuring,industrial park plays a pivotal role in realizing the leap-type economic development and promoting economic restructuring,as an important engine to speed up economic development,an important platform for industrial agglomeration,and an important way to push forward the new urbanization construction.Since 2010 when it was founded,the casting industrial park in Nanfen district of Benxi has obtained some result with its own natural conditions,mineral resources,production factors,policy support and other advantages.But at the same time,it is also a young park,and still has a big gap with advanced industrial parks in developed areas,it is in the initial stage of industrial park development.This paper starts from the general introduction of casting industrial park in Nanfen district of Benxi,analyses the difficult problems of casting industrial park in Nanfen district of Benxi by using the methods of literature research,investigation and comparative analysis,such as the economic strength is weak,the industry level is low,the cluster development is slow,the supporting service function is weak,the high-quality talents are short,and the utilization rate of energy and resources is low,analyses the reasons of departure delay form management mechanism,construction funds,industrial structure,innovation,ecological awareness and talent policy.This paper puts forward the innovation of policy mechanism,clustering,intelligence,ecology and environment optimization to accelerated the development of he casting industrial park in Nanfen district of Benxi.creatively put forward to build a new form of production of"double composite of function and space"support system under production city integration model and "goverment-assisting and civil-run"model of micro enterprise incubator platform,it will be of great theoretical significance for the efficient development of casting industry park in Nanfen district of Benxi and other related industrial parks in the future.
