The Research On The Improvement Of Production Efficiency In The Die-casting Line Of The Casting Workshop In Huanan Opto-Electronic

Under the fast-changing and dog-eat-dog marketing environment, China's manufacture industry faces more pressure from low-cost, short-period and high quality rival than before, which is embodied more obviously in the non-ferrous metal die-casting industry. Since 1990s, China's non-ferrous metal die-casting industry has made amazing development and becomes a new rising industry; however, it is still at the stage of low-intense, high consumption and out development with unbalanced management level,low efficiency and high cost.The main products of HNOE(Huanan Opto-Electronic) die-casting production line are automobile vehicle parts,which require high efficiency and low cost. Through the statistics of main production efficiency index of the first half year of 2008 including average production period, monthly output of perton die-casting machine, the proportion of products being produced and so on, this paper analyzes the status quo of the technical status, process flow, process arrangement, work standards and level production and other factors that influence the lean production and searches for the main factors that constrain the production efficiency of die-casting line through the comparison with the model index of die-casting industry.The lean production theory which arises from the automobile enterprises provides comparatively complete, referable theory and tool for the improvement of production efficiency. Combined with the lean production theory and tool, in accordance with the features of the die-casting line of HNOE, the logic road map that increases the production efficiency of die-casting enterprises is analyzed. In logic roadmap,five aspects of increasing effect output,decreasing ineffect output,shorten production cycle,reducing asistant time and stagnation time are expanded and 16 betterment strategies are presented. In accordance with logic roadmap and the status quo of the die-casting line of HNOE, the overall plan for improving the production efficiency are designed.Through executing die-casting,melt,drill ect.technique improvement, die-casting process flow is adjusted with the ECRS principle.Through the point of view of cuting down transit,increasing logistics speed, process arrangement is optimized and emphatically, die-casting procedure is improved in work standardizing.Finally, from the view of level production, production planning and scheduling and single minute exchange of DIE-SMED are researched. Taking the die-casting line of HNOE as the research subject, through the analysis and design of theory, method and tool which increase the production efficiency, the paper provides reference thinking and method for the transformation of normal die-casting enterprises to lean production.
