Research On Dalian Entrepreneurial Environment Based On GEM Model

Because of hard recovery of the world economy and slowing economic growth in China,China's economic situation is grim and economic development is facing difficulties in transformation.Affected by this,China's economy needs to find new engines and develop new power.So,"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation "arises at the historic moment.It has also become a hot spot in academic research.As a new driving force of economic development,entrepreneurship can not only promote the vitality of regional economic development,but also solve some employment problems.In the process of studying entrepreneurial activities,we must study the entrepreneurial environment.Entrepreneurial environment is an indispensable part of entrepreneurial activities,and a good entrepreneurial environment can bring positive impact on entrepreneurship.Therefore,the research of entrepreneurial environment has attracted the attention of the government and scholars.How to create a good entrepreneurial environment to attract enterprises has also been implemented in the policy research stage.At present,Dalian attaches great importance to the market environment.GEM Global Entrepreneurship Observation report shows that there are great differences in the global entrepreneurial environment,China is currently in the middle and lower reaches of the level.As far as the domestic situation is concerned,the entrepreneurial activity of Northeast China,which was once a relatively developed region,is far lower than that of eastern and central China.With the new strategy of revitalizing the northeast China,the northeast China needs to be redeveloped.As the economic bridgehead of Northeast China,Dalian should take the lead in reform.Entrepreneurial activities can best reflect their economic vitality,and Dalian needs to encourage the development of entrepreneurial activities.This paper applies the nine indexes of GEM model to the development of Dalian Based on the analysis of the existing literature at home and abroad.Then we research on entrepreneurial environment in Dalian.Combining with the GEM model,this paper builds a new model to study the main factors affecting the entrepreneurial environment in Dalian,and gives reasonable suggestions.In the process of empirical research,this paper also pays attention to the analysis of results,and uses relevant research to test the rationality of the model.Studies show that the overall entrepreneurial environment in Dalian is currently in the middle and lagging behind major cities.On this basis,it is a complex project to optimize the entrepreneurial environment in Dalian.Therefore,this paper puts forward four improvement goals from the government policy environment,cultural and educational environment,financing environment and business environment,so as to optimize the current entrepreneurial environment in Dalian.Each aspect contains different parts,we are trying to give advice and opinions in an all-round and systematic way.The main structure of this paper is seven parts.The first part is the introduction part,it mainly explains the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,literature review and research ideas,methods,and is finally to explain the innovation and inadequacy of the paper.The second part is the definition of the cdncept and the elaboration of the theoretical basis.Conceptual description involves the object of the paper,including entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial environment.Their definition in the academic community is still not final,so this paper also gives its own definition.The theoretical basis is mainly to guide the research direction of this paper.The third part introduces the analytical framework of the entrepreneurial environment.The fourth part is about the Status and issues of Dalian's entrepreneurial environment.The fifth part is the empirical part.This part mainly finds out the advantages and disadvantages of Dalian's entrepreneurial environment.It is to build a model,explain the index selection and evaluation methods,and establish an evaluation model,and finally verify the results.The process can detect the importance of different indicators.The sixth part is based on the research content from different aspects of Dalian entrepreneurial environment to give suggestions and suggestions.So we can optimize the entrepreneurial environment in Dalian.The seventh part is the outlook.The prospect will extend the research significance of this paper.
